The Recipe and How to Make Koofteh Ghelgheli (Persian Meatballs)
To prepare ingredients of Koofteh ghelgheli, we select a large bowl and pour the minced meat into it.
Now grate 1 onion with a fine grate on the meat and then add the egg to the other ingredients along with salt, black pepper, and turmeric.
At this point, add about 1 to 2 tablespoons of Chickpea flour to the ingredients and mix the ingredients well.
If the Koofteh ghelgheli is tightened at this stage, add some lukewarm water to make it look like yogurt.
If the ingredients of the Koofteh ghelgheli are tight, then it will dry after frying.
After the ingredients of the meatballs were prepared, we pour the oil in a small pan, take from the ingredients, and round up by hand and fry in hot oil.
