Power Supply: Zalman ZM400-GVN
Symptoms: PSU appears dead, all outputs are zero volts & supply will not power up.
Fault: Shorted rectifier diode (SR640) in +5vSB power supply circuit.
Solution: Replace +5vSB rectifier diode.
