Becoming a chartered quantity surveyor is no easy feat. You’ll need to complete your RICS accredited degree, or other pathway, gain experience and then prove your professional competence through an RICS assessment. If you successfully prove your competence, you’ll be able to become MRICS (Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).
